Our goal is always to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit for your purchase.

General Conditions

All returns must be initiated within 8 days of the purchase or delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

We do not accept returns for opened or partially consumed products unless they are defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
